The vineyards of Casa Santa Eulália are located in the demarcated region of Vinhos Verdes, in the Sub Region of Basto, parish of Atei and it is here that everything is born.
Currently, we have 45 ha of own vineyards in production, divided into 17 plots. Each of these plots requires different attention and treatment according to age differences, soil nutrition, the varieties planted and the type of viticultural management system.
In addition to our extreme and careful dedication, from birth to bottling, the identity of our wines also depends on natural factors. The soil is mostly classified as sandy loam of granitic origin, the climate of the parish of Atei is characterized by harsh winters, with abundant rainfall and an average temperature of 7 ºC, in summer, rainfall is very low and the temperature is mild, the average for this season being 19 ºC.
The combination of all these factors contributes to the great personality of our wines.
